Taylor Made took on the sale of our house two weeks after the national press had reported “housing market outlook worst for 20 years”. We chose them over another local estate agent because from the outset we appreciated their honesty, quality service and local accessibility. One of the things we appreciated the most was that whilst we had a dedicated contact for the sale of our property, the entire office was up to speed on our case. This meant we never had to wait on a call back as anyone could answer our questions. In terms of performance, we had 10 viewings, 3 offers and 1 sale in 2 weeks. Their follow up has been fantastic and we’ve recommended them to everyone we know. I’m sure you can find cheap but I doubt you’ll find better. Thank you to all the team at Taylor Made.

Recently purchased a new build property with Taylor made and they did a great job. They were particularly helpful when dealing with the property developers when problems arose during conveyancing and managed to resolve all issues to a tight deadline imposed by the chain below.
