David founded Taylor Land in 2010, bringing to the business a wealth of experience accumulated from over 50 years in the industry. David was a widely renowned and respected land and property professional who acted for a wide variety of trusted clients including Landowners, local & national Housebuilders, Trusts, Estates and Land Promoters. From his specialism in Development Land, David used his business acumen to propel Taylor Land into a highly successful and market leading development & planning business. Sadly, David passed away in October 2019. He is sadly missed by the team and his valued clients.

Jon, our Managing Director, is responsible for the overall running of Taylor Land and Property Group. As a Land & Property Director for over 30 years, Jon oversees our successful sales teams and has secured our place as one of the leading Land and New Homes Specialists. As a well-respected figure in the industry in his own right, Jon has been involved in many significant land transactions, underpinning the company’s enduring success & growth whilst building on the foundations established by his father.

David has worked in Land & Property for over 30 years at Directorship level. He now specialises in all aspects of development- with a particular focus on the technical elements of Land & Planning. Using his varied expertise, David effectively advises and coordinates with developers, landowners and construction teams on a daily basis. In addition to working as a key figure in the Land Department, David is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor & EPC Consultant.

Andy is a true property professional with over 35 years of experience. Starting his career running multiple estate agency offices, Andy went on to specialise in New Homes sales, working as Head of Sales for a well-known housebuilder. Now part of the Taylor Made team, Andy offers guidance across all departments. His responsibilities include coordinating operational activities across the board and advising on all aspects of homes from initial market research through to the sales and marketing of new homes.

Clive, our instructions Manager, has over 15 years of experience in the property industry and prides himself on his proficiency and knowledge which is crucial in an ever-changing market. Adept in managing the complexities of property transactions as well as conveying the unique character and story of each property to the marketplace, his approachable, friendly manner and level of customer service is a big hit with clients and vendors alike.

Aimee initially began working in the New Homes team over 5 years ago and specialises in homebuilder sales strategies, interior design and developing marketing material. More recently migrating into the Land & Development Department, Aimee has quickly picked up the knowledge to identify land parcels with development potential and execute diverse acquisitions and exit strategies.

Dan is an experienced salesman with a great work ethic and always ensures client satisfaction is at the heart of what he does. In addition to this, Dan brings a variety of creative, tech-savvy skills which he utilises to help set our property listings apart from the competition. Specialising in New Homes and Assisted Moves, Dan is well equipped to advise on the procedures and processes involved with purchasing a new build. Dan works to make the process as stress-free and positive as possible, always working to exceed expectations and earning a loyal clientele in the process.

Sam has been with Taylor Made over 7 years and deals with all aspects of residential and new homes sales, from the point of instruction to completion. Sam has a strong track record of achieving within high-pressure environments, dealing with multiple transactions and scenarios at any one time and, most importantly, helping clients attain their dream homes. As PA to the MD Jon Taylor, Michelle has been with the Taylor Made team since 2019 and come in with over 20 years of administration experience.
